I'm back

Well I'm back from scrapbook weekend. We had a wonderful time as always. I so enjoy getting away with my friends and just hanging out and scrapping. We had a wonderful double page scrapbook swap. Ladies you out did yourself. I will take some photos of some of the pages and post soon.

Thanksgiving Turkey tags

Our Elem. school PTO for Thanksgiving gives the school staff pies for the holiday. These are the tags I made this year. They came out so cute and I just love how easy they were to make. The idea is from a Paper Crafts Issue. I used my cricut machine to make the tag in 2 sizes, for an overlay. I used a square punch and punched out several different colors. I used the template for the turkey that came from paper crafts. I also altered a small plastic bucket to carry the tags in. Thanks for looking.

Scrapbook weekend

I'm really excited because this week I leave for Scrapbook weekend. I really look forward for these weekends. I have been going for sometime now, and enjoy hanging out with all the ladies there. We also do a scrapbook page swap, which I love so much. It's so great to get back so many different ones back. I just love it!
I still have so much to do. We all take our own supplies etc. and let me tell you. Some of us, like me, think I need to take everything I own and beleive me I try really hard to bring everything.
So this week is going to be busy.
And I still have to find the time to do my running. One month left for my marathon. Getting really excited about it and nervous.

Happy New Year!

Well I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas & New Year's Eve as I have. The year looks very promising. I have come up with a few resolutions for myself.

1. first I have been running and preparing for the Austin Marathon. Which is just around the corner. Feb. 14,2010. This will be my 3rd time to run the Austin Marathon.

2. To do a better job on my blog. To post more: a card of the day/week, a scrapbook layout, projects that I make etc.

3. Try to work on my side home business. I have been selling The Angel Company(TAC) products for some time now. OKAY! Selling could be an exaggeration. I am not a sales person at all. So It's mainly for my addiction, hoarding, collecting. What ever you want to call it. I do it for me. Especially since we have moved to a small, small town with no where to shop for supplies. Wal-mart has only so much, and how many times can you go there. So the goal is to start sending out flyers, monthly. With specials, info and anything else going on with TAC. So lets see if I can do this.

so far this is what I have come up with. Not to many so hopefully I can accomplish them.
